Effective: May 29, 2026 | Version: 2.0
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website, dashboard, and the entire
SOS Točka system, developed and operated by IRNAS Technologies d.o.o. (hereinafter:
IRNAS). By accessing the website or dashboard you accept these terms in full.
1. Definitions
- SOS Točka System – the hardware (device), software (server,
dashboard), and communications infrastructure that together enable the relay of
emergency calls and notification of rescue services.
- Device – a physical SOS Točka device installed at a subscriber's location.
- Subscriber (Customer) – a legal entity (municipality, organization, company)
that has entered into a contract with IRNAS for the installation and maintenance of
SOS Točka devices.
- User – any natural person who accesses the dashboard or
physically uses an SOS Točka device.
- Website – the publicly accessible website at
https://tech.irnas.eu/sostocka/.
2. Intended Use
The SOS Točka system is intended exclusively for:
- relaying emergency calls through existing communications networks,
- notifying rescue services (112 – general emergencies, 113 – police),
- monitoring device operation and reachability by subscriber organizations.
The system is not intended and must not be used for:
- false emergency calls or testing without prior authorization from IRNAS and the notified rescue services,
- any purpose that would obstruct the operation of rescue and security services,
- commercial purposes outside the contractual relationship with IRNAS.
3. Emergency Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE — Please read carefully.
The SOS Točka system is an auxiliary means of calling for help and does not replace
regular telephone networks, direct calls to 112 or 113, or other primary means
of notifying rescue services.
IRNAS is not liable for:
- network unavailability — the system operates via mobile networks (2G/3G/4G,
Cat-M1, NB-IoT), satellite connectivity (NTN/Skylo), and LoRaWAN. Operation depends on the
availability and quality of the network at the device's location, which is beyond IRNAS's control;
- message delivery delays — delays may occur during the transmission of messages
through communications networks or the Blues Notehub platform, which IRNAS
cannot guarantee or predict;
- device malfunction — device failure may result from hardware faults,
a depleted battery, damage, improper maintenance, or force majeure
(weather conditions, physical damage, etc.);
- incorrect or untimely action by rescue services — IRNAS is
solely a message relay. Response and action are the responsibility of rescue services;
- direct or indirect damages arising from incorrect, delayed, or
failed delivery of an emergency message, including loss of life, bodily injury,
or property damage, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The subscriber is responsible for:
- regular maintenance and inspection of the SOS Točka device in accordance with IRNAS's instructions,
- ensuring adequate power supply (battery, solar panel),
- notifying IRNAS of any malfunctions or irregularities,
- appropriate training of personnel and the public for proper use of the device,
- obtaining all necessary permits for installation at the location.
4. Dashboard Access
Dashboard access is available only to user accounts that have been registered and activated
by IRNAS or an administrator. The user is obligated to:
- safeguard their login credentials (password) and not share them with other persons,
- immediately notify IRNAS of any misuse or unauthorized access to the account,
- use the dashboard only for the purposes for which it was designed.
IRNAS Technologies d.o.o. reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend dashboard access
without prior notice in the event of suspected misuse, security concerns, or maintenance work.
5. Subscriptions and Payments

- The subscriber may cancel the subscription at any time via the dashboard or by notifying tech@irnas.eu.
- Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Data Processing (DPA)
When IRNAS Technologies d.o.o. processes personal data within the SOS Točka system on behalf of the subscriber
(e.g., device GPS locations, notification contact details), IRNAS acts as the processor
within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR, and the subscriber acts as the controller. In this case:
- IRNAS processes personal data solely according to the subscriber's documented instructions (device, contact, and notification configuration in the dashboard);
- IRNAS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data (details in the Privacy Policy);
- IRNAS engages sub-processors only with the subscriber's prior general written authorization, with the right to object within 14 days of notification of a change;
- upon termination of the contract, IRNAS deletes or returns all personal data at the subscriber's instruction, unless retention is required by law;
- IRNAS assists the subscriber in fulfilling obligations under Art. 32–36 GDPR (security, DPIA, breach notifications);
- the subscriber may request a copy of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) at tech@irnas.eu.

arising from the use of or inability to use the SOS Točka system, website, or

The total liability of IRNAS Technologies d.o.o. to the subscriber shall in any event be limited to the amount
actually paid by the subscriber to IRNAS for services in the 12 months preceding the
claim.
11. Force Majeure
IRNAS Technologies d.o.o. shall not be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing obligations under these
Terms of Service when such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure),
including but not limited to: natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, acts of war, terrorist attacks,
strikes, power outages or telecommunications failures, government measures,
cyberattacks, or failures of third-party services (mobile network operators, satellite service providers, SMS gateways).
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and all relationships between IRNAS and subscribers/users are governed by
Slovenian law. The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes
