What is included with the device purchase?

Every SOS Točka device includes 1 year free access to the Starter platform plan (10 SMS/month, 50 emails/month, 50 NTN events/month), 1 year of support with 2 included service visits, and all hardware needed for installation.

What happens after the free year expires?

After the first year, the Starter plan remains free with the same limits. You can upgrade to Professional or Enterprise at any time for more devices, features, and higher message limits. Additional SMS, Starlink, and data retention can be purchased as add-ons.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. We support both PayPal and UPN (bank transfer). For bank transfer payments, select the UPN option in the dashboard and your order will be sent to tech@irnas.eu for processing.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes, annual billing saves 10% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your dashboard.

What if I need more SMS messages?

You can purchase additional SMS packages as add-ons from your dashboard: 100 SMS/month or 500 SMS/month. These are available on all plans.

What does the Starlink add-on cover?

The SOS Točka + Starlink device includes 1 year of Starlink connectivity. After the first year, you can continue the Starlink subscription as a dashboard add-on for €15/month.

Can the device call the emergency services directly, and what is Starlink for?

Yes. When an internet connection is available — for example over Starlink — SOS Točka places an automated VoIP voice call to 112, 113 or the direct line of the regional notification centre (ReCO), alongside the SMS alert sent by the server. Starlink adds high-bandwidth satellite broadband where there is no mobile coverage; if it is unavailable, the device falls back to LoRaWAN, LTE-M, NB-IoT or NTN satellite.
